Mr. Ansan has earned over 10 years of working experience in legal practice and socio- political and economic field. From 2009 to 2013, a legal practitioner at the Office of the Co-Investigating Judges and the Trial Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Court of Cambodia (“ECCC”) respectively, to bring and to trial the Khmer Rouge leaders.  Before joining ECCC, he was advisor and researcher to foreign Embassy in Phnom Penh and public research institution of the Government in various policies related fields of law, advocacy, economics, cross-border trade, and business enabling environment. Occasionally, he shared time as lecturer to many Universities in Phnom Penh.
Ansan speaks Khmer as his mother tongue, English with an advanced level and he is able to communicate in French.
