With more than 12 years of legal experiences with the local law firm and regional law firm as legal consultant later becoming senior legal consultant heading the Solicitors Department, Seakirin has earned a substantial portfolio of professional work. These include Commercial Transactions, Corporate Restructuring, Land Law, and Securitization.  He has further worked in various private projects of major national and international companies.  He was also lecturer of International Relations and Public International Law at various universities such as the Build Bright University (BBU) and the Royal University of Law and Economics and he was a Legal Officer at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia for few years as well.  He specializes in Investment & Commercial Law, Private International Law, Economic International Law, and Banking.

Seakirin speaks Khmer as his mother tongue and fluently English and French.
