Haypheng is our Legal Advisor good at providing legal services and clear legal advices with simplification and carefulness. After graduating his Master Degree in Criminal Law from Toulouse 1 Capitole University in France with the Eiffel scholarship for two years of his Master study, he is, before joining our team, a lecturer of criminal law at Royal University of Law and Economics mainly in French Program where he had completed himself the Bachelor Degree.
Haypheng speaks Khmer as his mother tongue and fluently French and English.
Sopheap’s practice areas focus on Real Estate and Family Law at SETHAVITOU NOTARY PUBLIC. She holds a Master of Land Law and Patrimony Law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France and a Master of Land Law and Patrimony Law from Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia. She also holds Bachelor of French Private Law and a Bachelor of Cambodian Law under a joint curriculum between Lumière Lyon II University, France and Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia.
Before joining SETHAVITOU NOTARY PUBLIC, she worked, with the experience for more than 5 years, as Legal Assistant to the Office of Co-Investigating Judge and the Supreme Court Chamber at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
At SETHAVITOU NOTARY PUBLIC, she is specialized in civil law, in particular real estate matters and family law. Sopheap speaks Khmer, English and French
Kaknika was graduated from Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh in 2012. She attended a course on Annual Tax Return organized by the General Department of Taxation.
Before joining SETHAVITOU NOTARY PUBLIC, she worked, with the experience for more than 2 years, as Legal Assistant at aLaw Office.She has experienced in advising clients on banking, company registration, hypothec registration and tax registration and declaration. Kaknika previously worked as a market researcher for various products such as Dutch Milk, Smart and Villa Demand.
She speaks Khmer and English.
Chhunlin holds a dual bachelor degree of law from Royal University of Law and Economics and Lumière Lyon 2 University. Chhunlin used to take her 6 months internship at Extraordinary Chambers of the Courts of Cambodia and she used to work at the general secretary of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia.
Heng’s practice focuses on Corporate and family. His areas of expertise are legal terminology, legal research, preparing reports and summarizing legal documents. He holds a Bachelor of Cambodian law from Royal University of Law and Economics. Heng speaks Khmer and English.
